Aims of the project
By fulfilling the overall and specific objectives of the project and through the implementation of a complex organizational development and digitalization, the following comprehensive project results will be achieved:

  • NAH, as a public organisation will introduce an organized, consistent and transparent institutional structure and by the end of the project it will operate in this new structure;
  • The accreditation procedures will become up-to-date and customer-friendly, and a cost-effective accreditation system will be at the disposal of the accredited organizations and natural persons with the least possible administrative burden and short deadlines;
  • The Accreditation System will be supported by a stable and safe IT system enabling the full electronization of the internal processes and the accreditation services provided for the individuals and businesses will also be brought to a full electronic platform;
  • With the digitalization of all public information and content related to accreditation, all data which could be publicly available will be accessed easily;
  • The accreditation processes currently coordinated mainly with bureaucratic means with an authority approach, will become more efficient and effective;
  • The lead time of the accreditation process will be reduced;
  • NAH Knowledge Base and accreditation archive will be established;
  • IT interfaces supporting every day operation will be developed to all the required systems, an expert education system and the related IT security solutions will be also implemented;
  • The organizational development will be realized and the functions of the NAH Knowledge Base supporting the quality legislation will be developed;
  • within the framework of infrastructural development all the necessary IT and intangible assets will be procured.
